Inner development goals in service of sustainable development goals.

I'm deeply inspired by the Inner Development Goals (IDG) Framework. The IDG Framework is a science-based initiative that identifies essential inner capabilities individuals need to develop to contribute meaningfully toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The framework outlines five dimensions and 23 transformational skills that are crucial for personal growth and effective leadership in our rapidly changing, interconnected world. By building these inner capacities, we resource ourselves with the mindsets needed to intentionally co-create a more sustainable and equitable society.
